These Terms of Use written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website, Toronto Vintage Watches accessible at https://torontovintagewatches.com/.

These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms of use written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Terms of Use.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship with Canada Post/USPS throughout Canada and the United States. Internationally we usually use DHL Express. We always use a tracking number and offer a flat rate of $25 CAD for shipping.

Toronto Vintage Watches offers free returns for up to 30 days from the day of the purchase. We also offer a 2-month mechanical warranty on the functionality of the watch/watch movement (fully functioning watches are not applicable). Water damage and damage at the hands of the purchaser (i.e., dropping it) is not applicable for either the 30-day free returns or 2-month mechanical warranty.

Refunds are only issued after the product(s) is returned in good condition, return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and refunds do not include the original $25 shipping fee.

Our watches are sold as described. The condition, accessories that accompany the watch etc. are reported in the description of each watch. Please read each one carefully.

The prices stated do not include duty fees. All customs and other related fees will be borne by the customer.

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Toronto Vintage Watches, its owner Montres Publiques, Inc., and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
