Collection: Vintage Timex

Timex goes back to 1854 with the founding of the Waterbury Clock Company, that mass-produced quality watches throughout the late 19th and early 20th century. The Waterbury Clock Company was also famous for what were known as 'Dollar Watches', wristwatches that were sold for only a dollar in the early 20th century! The equivalent of $35 today. In the 1960s, with the rise of dive watches and skin diving, Timex creating the Marlin - that was famously tested on a lobster to prove its water resistance! Today Timex continues to make affordable watches, albeit focusing on quartz.
